Glenn Harlon Wells Glenn Harlon Wells, age 71 of Rosenberg passed away Thursday, September 12, 2013, at a local hospital following a lengthy illness. Funeral service: 2:00 p.m. Wednesday September 18, 2013 at Wharton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carl Ford Officating, Visitation: Prior to service 12-2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mr Wells will be cremated with no burial. Glenn was born on March 18, 1942 in Kinnard, Tx. to parents Willie Wells and Lila Guines Wells, which precede him in death. He is also preceded in death by a brother James Wells, a sister Laverne Cardwell, and a son-in-law Mike Burchard. Survivors: Daughters; Rhonda Pospisil husband Robert of Rosenberg, and Lisa Burchard of California , Sons; Glenn Dale Wells wife Brandie of Bay City, and Steve Wells wife Tobie of Van Velck, Sisters; Fay Graham, Linda Rhoades, and Jean Wallice, Brother; Jerry Wells, Life long friend and mother of the children Mary Ann Wells, also long time friend and companion Kay Bauer, Grandchildren; Amber Wells, Brenda Calk and husband Darrin, Charity Wells, Sydney Moody, Misty Matula and husband Randy, Brandan Bowlin, Micheal Burchard, Tristan, Trevor, Seth, and William Wells, Franklin Pospisil and wife Jennifer, Great grandchildren; Rayna and Sarah Gregg, Paisely Calk, Reslyn Matula, Joshua Bowlin, and Benjamin Pospisil, and also numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Wharton Funeral Home.
