Morris Lee Bowen

Morris Lee Bowen, age 65 of Iago, Texas passed away Friday, September 27, 2013 at a Bellville hospital following a brief illness. He was born on September 30, 1947 in Wharton to the late Melvin and Bertha Lee Mick Bowen. Morris Lee was raised in Iago and graduated from Boling High School in 1966. He later graduated from Texas A&I University in 1970. Following cremation, private family burial will follow in the Wharton Cemetery at a later date. Survivors include his cousins, Karl McLeod and Theresa Mick Guess. Funeral services were under the direction of the Wharton Funeral Home.
