Frank De Los Santos Sr. Frank De Los Santos Sr., age 83 of Wharton, TX passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015, in a Sugar Land hospital following a long illness. He was born on January 19, 1932, in Bay City, TX, the son of the late Cruz and Elvita Cadriel De Los Santos. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Richard De Los Santos. Prior to his retirement in 2013, he worked as an insulator and fire proofer in the construction industry. He was 81 when he finally decided to retire. He enjoyed many things, but he always wished he could spend more time with his woodworking. The family is planning a memorial service to be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 507 W 2nd St, El Campo, TX at 2:00pm on Saturday April 18. Frank is survived by his wife Mary Alvarez De Los Santos; daughters Brenda Nino (Manuel Jr.) of Baytown, Patricia Nino, of Baytown; sons Frank De Los Santos Jr. (Charlotte) of Portsmouth, VA, Joe Cruz De Los Santos (Teresa) of Lake Forest, CA, Nasario Ignacio "Nacho" De Los Santos (Linda) of Odessa, TX, Edward Lee De Los Santos of Norwalk, CA and Matthew Jay De Los Santos of Dayton, TX; sisters Mary Martinez and Elvita Sovine; 18 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild, as well as many other loving family members and friends.
