Infant Jenna Claire Ortiz, born February 17, 2015 to parents, Jaime and Tawny Ortiz passed away on Monday, May 25, 2015 at her home following a sudden illness. Jenna was a happy baby who enjoyed playing with her sisters, Presley Barker and Jessika Schulze. She is also survived by her parents, Jaime and Tawny, grandparents Salvador and Beda Ortiz and Joe Tijerina and Ginger Gore. Aunts and uncles Salvador Jr. and Dalia Ortiz , Nathan and Lindsey Tijerina,, Miguel and Rosa Guerrero,Cousins Sebastian Ortiz, Anthony Ortiz, Lila Tijerina Visitation was held Thursday, May 28th from 5 p.m to 7 p.m at Wharton Funeral Home. Funeral services were held on Friday, May 29, 2015 at 10 am at Wharton Funeral Home Chapel followed by burial at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Wharton with Rev. Debbie Cenko officiating. Memorial fund has been set up as Jenna Claire Ortiz Memorial Fund at First State Bank of Louise in Wharton. Funeral services are under the direction of Wharton Funeral Home.
