Artie Faye Keller

Artie Armstrong Keller Artie Faye Armstrong Keller, age 70, of Boling, passed away Friday, August 28, 2015, in Wharton. She was born on October 7, 1944, in Houston, TX, the daughter of the late Claude and Ola Byrd Armstrong. Artie was a resident of Alvin and West Columbia prior to moving to Boling in 1995. Most of her working life she ran a cleaning service for various realtors before her retirement in 1992. She was Baptist by faith, and a devoted mother to her children. Following cremation, memorial services will be held Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 2pm at the Chapel of Wharton Funeral Home. Artie was preceded in death by her parents and son Randy Earl Jones. Her friend, Glenn Naskrent of Boling, daughter, Paula Eldridge and her husband Joe of Boling; sons Michael Jones of Boling, Mark Jones and wife, Trudy of Pearland and Timothy Allen Jones and wife, Melissa of Indiana; and her children of his friend, Angela Naskrent-Anderss, Glenn Naskrent, Jr. and Kim Spacek, survive her. Her sister, Edith Britton and numerous grandchildren, a great grandchild and one great great grandchild also survive. Funeral services are under the direction of the Wharton Funeral Home.
