Winnie Julia “Judy” Warner, 87, of Wharton, died December 10, 2015, in Sugarland, Texas. Judy was born on October 13, 1928, in Burleson County, Texas, to Willie and Vinces Prazak. She was raised in the Crescent area, graduating from Crescent High School. Before her marriage she worked as a nurse, a field she dearly loved. She married the love of her life, Jimmy L. Warner, Sr., on November 19, 1955. They enjoyed 50 years of marriage before his passing on January 19, 2006. She took great pride in taking care of her husband and children. When she wasn’t caring for them, her passion was reading and studying the Bible. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and grandson, John Fox. She was survived by her daughter Carol Warner & Don of the Woodlands; sons John Warner & Andrea of Livingston, TX, Herbert Warner & Ellen of Arlington, TX and Jimmy L. Warner Jr. of Wharton, TX; Sister Josie Wendel of San Antonio, TX; brothers Willie Prazak of Wharton, TX and Matthew Prazak of Angleton, TX; grandchildren Samantha Minor, Seth Warner and Yvonne Warner; and six great grandchildren.
