Letitia Vineyard

Letitia Vineyard, 83, of Wharton, Texas, passed away Monday, March 14, 2016. She was born on February 26, 1933 in Richmond, Texas, to Robert Lee Wheaton and Roxy Belle Lillie Wheaton.  She was married and raised 6 children. Her happiest times were family gatherings. What she treasured most was her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.   She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, great-grandson Michael III, and grandson Cody Frankum. She is survived by daughters: Sherry Reiland & husband Michael of Hempstead, Bridget Yeary & husband Guy of La Porte, Janice Frankum & partner Char Morganti of Magnolia, and Jennifer Frankum of Deer Park; sons: Duncan Frankum & wife Peggy of Friendswood, and Matt Frankum of Wharton; sisters: Wyatt Lynn Blase and Jeanine Frankum; brother: Blue Wheaton; grandchildren: Michael Jr., Stephanie, Melissa, Megan, Brittany, Victoria, Shayla, Krista, Kasi, Dane, Lee, Ryan, Jake and Lane; great-grandchildren: Alexander, Rebecca, John Richard, Sara, Grace Ann, Chase, Joseph, Jayda, Jordan, Payton, Makenzie, Mason, Shelby, Brady, Braxton, Bentley, Chelsea, Tristen, Kailee, Emily, Kiley, Raegan, Brinley, Forrest, Ashley, Brock, Abigail and Avery. Visitation will be Thursday, March 17, 2016 from 5-9pm at the Wharton Funeral Home, with the Rosary being recited at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be Friday, March 18, 2016, at 2:00pm at the Wharton Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. Serving as Pallbearers will be Duncan Frankum, Matt Frankum, Alex Cervantes, Dane Leach, Ryan Frankum, Lee Frankum, Francisco Cervantes and Greg Hinze. Honorary Pallbearers are Jake Frankum and Lane Frankum. Funeral services under the direction of Wharton Funeral Home. Condolences may be left at Wharton Funeral Home
