Helen Sharp Arnold Helen Arnold, 85, of Wharton, Texas passed away Friday, December 2, 2016 at an assisted care facility in Houston, Texas surrounded by her loving family. Helen was born on August 15, 1931, in Crockett, Texas, to Harden and Ladelle Guinn Sharp. Helen was raised in Crockett and graduated from high school there. She later attended Sam Houston State University. She was a homemaker most of her life, later working in advertising and was known as the Voice of Fort Bend Dental. She enjoyed playing golf and bridge, but her favorite pastime was spending the day with her family, as family was the most important thing in her life. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Vickie Arnold and step father, Frank Dillard. Helen was survived by her daughters, Janet Folschinsky and husband, Rodney of Tomball and Patti Meyen of Needville, son, Ronnie Arnold and wife, Diane of Wharton, grandchildren, Clint Arnold, Kelly Sebelius, Brent Arnold, Bryan Arnold, Todd Davenport, Tracy Robinson, and Megan Manville, and great grandchildren, Victoria, Elise, Kent, C.J., Alexander, Taylor, Connor, Aziza, Aydan, Caydence, John and Santana. Following cremation, a visitation and time of fellowship will take place at the chapel of Wharton Funeral Home, Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 3 until 6 pm.
