Franklin D Hannaman

Franklin D Hannaman Sr., 71, of East Bernard, died January 23, 2017, in a Richmond hospital. Franklin was born on January 30, 1945, in Corpus Christi, to the late Mart Hannaman and Louise Kelner Hannaman. Franklin was raised in Corpus Christi and attended schools there. He worked for many years in the Oil Fields serving in different positions. During his free time, he enjoyed fishing and working on word search puzzles. Franklin enjoyed feeding the local cats around his home. In his younger days, he liked racing cars on old dirt tracks. Franklin is survived by his son, Frank Hannaman and wife Pam of Ingleside, TX, his sister, June Richardson of Corpus Christi and his 3 grandchildren, Harli, Riley and Tylor Hannaman. And many close friends from East Bernard. The family will hold a private remembrance following cremation. Funeral services under the direction of Wharton Funeral Home.
