Victoria R Castaneda

Victoria R. Castaneda, 63, of Boling, died March 13, 2017, at her home in Boling. Victoria was born on March 6, 1954, in Lometa, Texas to the late Emilio and Guadalupe Hernandez. Victoria moved with her family to Michigan as a child. She left school as a teenager, but returned to finish high school when her children were in high school themselves. She graduated from Holland High School in Michigan, and went on to study as a court reporter. She returned to Texas and has made Boling her home for the past 21 years. She loved to crochet doilies, visit the beach to look out over the water, and especially spend time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and son David Castaneda. She is survived by her children: Ann, Monique, Paul and Andrew; two sisters; ten brothers; eleven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. The family will have private remembrances at a later date.
