Jeanette Hennigan Kresta Jeanette Hennigan Kresta, 56, of East Bernard, died March 17, 2017, at her home in East Bernard. Jeanette was born on March 10, 1961, in Japan, to Thomas and Laurell Palen Hennigan. Jeanette attended Dulles High prior to becoming an Accountant and a licensed Substance Abuse Counselor with Turning Point. She married the love of her life, Kenneth Kresta in Richmond, TX, on October 6, 1978, and remained his loving wife for 38 years. Many of her favorite times were spent shopping for antiques, crocheting, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Jennifer Hermis. She is survived by her husband Kenneth Kresta of East Bernard; sons Captain Kurt Damon Kresta & Julie of Lillington, NC and Kyle Dane Kresta & Tonya of Midlothian, TX; sisters Jan Griffin of Palestine, TX and Rebecca Shaw & Richard of Reno, NV; Brother Andrew Geishaker & Vickie of Agusta Maine; and grandchildren Kaden, Roman, Blair and Konner. Visitation will be on Friday from 5-7 p.m. at Wharton Funeral Home with a Prayer Service at 7. Funeral Services will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. with Terri Van Slyke officiating.
