Frank Wencil Pavlovsky died May 9, 2017 at the age of 80. Frank was born August 15, 1936 on the Taylor Hudgins Ranch in Hungerford, Texas, to Charlie Joseph and Laura Beth Franke Pavlovsky. After their death in 1939, Frank was adopted and raised by his God Parents: Wencil Steve and Catherine F. Kalas Pavlovsky. His early years on the ranch may have instilled his love of horses. Frank is a U.S. Army Veteran and a retired ranch hand and repair man. Frank was a long-time member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his brother Pete and wife Angie Pavlovsky; sisters-in-law Mary Pavlovsky, Jolene Pavlovsky and Virginia Pavlovsky; aunt Almeda Bravanec; and many nieces, nephews and friends Frank was preceded in death by his parents; adoptive parents; brothers Jimmie, Joe, Edward, Bill, Charlie and Paul; sisters Lillian Pavlovsky, Bessie Collins, Marie Castile and Lucy Joseph. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on May 27, at 10:00, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church; 9214 Main St; Needville, TX 77461, with Father Marty Pham officiating. The Rite of Committal and burial of cremated remains will follow at Wharton City Cemetery on May 27, at 2:00 p.m., with Deacon David Valdez officiating. For the last two years, he lived and was taken care of by Needville S.P.J.S.T Rest Home #2. We thank the nurses and staff very much.
