Sharron Wilson Hines

Sharron Wilson Hines, 73, of Boling, TX, passed away Monday evening, July 17, 2017 in a Wharton nursing home following a lengthy illness. Sharron was born on July 25, 1943 in Wharton, Tx, to the late Robert Lee Wilson and Helen Corren Howell. Sharron was raised in the Boling area and graduated from Boling High School. It was there she met her future husband, Bailey Leon Hines. The couple was married on March 19, 1963 in Boling. Sharron was a homemaker and enjoyed needlepoint, watching television and reading when able. Her great joy was becoming Nana to her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bailey, and brother, Carl Wilson. Sharron is survived by her daughter, Lori Ramirez and husband, Joe of Wharton, Tx, son, Darren Hines and wife, Linda of Boling, sisters, Doris Wilson of Wharton and Shirley Duyka of Wharton; grandchildren Alec and Deedee Hines, Erin Ashley Torres and great grandchild Michael Hines. Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 11:00 at Wharton City Cemetery with Rev. Don Hurley officiating. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials be made to College Heights Baptist Church, Wharton, Tx. Funeral services under the direction of Wharton Funeral Home.
