Charles Edwin Hough

Charles Edwin Hough, 68, of East Bernard, TX passed away Friday, August 4, 2017 surrounded by his family. Charlie was born October 30, 1948 in Baytown, TX Charlie was a retired farmer and lifelong resident of the East Bernard area.  He also later held a position at BAE Systems in Sealy, TX, all the while helping local farmers as needed.   Charlie loved his family and the opportunities to play with his grandchildren any chance he got.  He also loved the outdoors especially hunting and fishing.  He was an avid follower of East Bernard sports and NASCAR.  He was preceded in death by this father John Franklin Hough, mother Clara Graves Hough, and brother Ricky Hough.  He is survived by his children, Wendy Hough and Dave Ybanez, Dusty Hough and his wife Cara, and step-daughter Whitney Guerrero and husband Jesus; grandchildren, Avery Hough, Dalton Hough, Reid Hough and Sophia Guerrero; siblings Jack "Bubba" Hough and wife Patti, Randy Hough and wife Lisa, and sister in law Suzanne Hough.   A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 PM at the Wharton Funeral Home, 515 E. Boling Hwy, Wharton, TX 77488 on Saturday, August 12, 2017.  After the funeral, you may join the family at Riverside Hall for visiting and refreshments.
