Connie Wright-Tabler, of Midfield, passed away September 3, 2017, in a Victoria hospital following a brief illness. Connie was born to parents, Cloyd G and Clara Ocie Arnold Wright in Kalamazoo, MI. Connie was raised in Michigan and attended school there. She has been together with Nick Tabler for over 25 years, and they were married in Bay City. Together, they enjoyed going to antique auctions. Connie also enjoyed photography and being known as the #1 Boss Rancher at home. Her absolute favorite thing was to be with her best friend and special buddy, Mira Tabler. She is survived by her husband, Nick Tabler of Midfield, daughters, Rowena Tabler-Smith and husband, J.R. of Wharton, Tiffany Wilson of Virginia and Rachel Webb and husband, Jay of Arlington, sisters, Cathy Lawther of Missouri, Carla Overacker and Candy Marsten both of Michigan and brother Charles Wright of Colorado, numerous grandchildren including her best friend, Mira Tabler, several nieces, nephews and cousins, including her favorite, Cousin Sandy. Visitation will be held at Wharton Funeral Home on Friday evening, September 8, 2017 from 5:00 pm till 8 pm. Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Wharton Funeral Home with cremation following so Connie can go home as she wished to be with her beloved cows, including Girlie and her dogs, Tilly and Missy.
