In Loving Memory Of Albino Garza February 19, 1938 ~ January 7, 2018 Albino Garza, 79, of Houston, Texas, formally of Wharton, Texas passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Northwest Medical Center in Houston, Texas. He was born on February 19, 1938 in Runge, Texas to parents; Valdermero and Delphina (Munez) Garza. Funeral Services are scheduled for 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2018 in the chapel at Wharton Funeral Home with Deacon David Valdez officiating. The family welcomes friends for a time of visitation before the service beginning at 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Deacon David Valdez will lead the rosary at 11:00 a.m. He will be laid to rest at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Wharton, Texas. Albino was a loving husband, father, and po-po. He had a hard life, but he lived it to the fullest, and made it the best life he could. He had an amazing sense of humor. He was one of the strongest men you could ever meet. He often spent his time travelling around Wharton, Bay City, and Houston in his scooter heading to HEB to grocery shop. Left to cherish Albino’s memory is his children; Angela Kuehnert, Willie Garza, Larry Garza, Sylvia Aguilar, and Michael Garza and wife, Michelle, his sister, Lydia Reyes, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alena (Rossett) Garza, his parents; Valdermero and Delphina (Munez) Garza, and his sons; Wally Garza, Santos Garza, and Henry Garza. Serving as Pallbearers will be; T.J. Lopez, Eric Garza, Niko Garza, Damon Garza, J.J. Aguilar, and John Guerra. Funeral services under the direction of Wharton Funeral Home.
