In Loving Memory of   Edward Harold Gensler, Jr   07-12-1953 – 05-12-2019       Edward Harold Gensler, Jr., 65, of Wharton, TX, passed away Sunday, May 12th, 2019 at his home. He was born on July 12th, 1953 in El Campo, a son of the late Edward Harold Gensler, Sr and Gretta Crump Gensler.    Edward was raised in the Louise area and attended High School there.  He worked for a number of years as a roughneck on oil wells until he was disabled.  He enjoyed fishing, working on houses and his dog, Bogger.   He is survived by his ex-wife and friend, Janet Gensler, of Wharton; and Preceded in death by his parents.   Survivors include his sister, Elsa Bedynek, of Mount Vernon; nephew, Michael Bedynek, of Mount Vernon; nephew, Robert Bedynek, of Wharton; and niece, Shirley Morrison, of Crosby.   Visitation will be held starting at 10 am, Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at Wharton Funeral Home followed by memorial services at 10:30 am at the chapel of Wharton Funeral Home with Deacon David Valdez officiating.   Funeral services under the direction of Wharton Funeral Home.  Condolences may be left at whartonfuneralhome.com
