Jack Wayne Hough
Jack "Bubba" Hough was born on October 1, 1949 in Baytown, Texas to John Franklin Hough, Jr. and Clara Kathryn Hough.
Bubba graduated from East Bernard High School in 1969. He married Pattie Braden Hough on May 6, 1972 and they were blessed with four boys. He was employed at Duvall Sulfur Plant and Houston Light & Power Company. He retired from Centerpoint Energy, formerly, Houston Light & Power, September 30, 2014.
Bubba was a true sports fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Longhorns. He loved the East Bernard Brahmas and had a lifetime membership to the Brahma Booster Club. He coached little league for several years and was also a longtime collector of trading cards, children's pedal tractors, beer memorabilia and oil cans. He also had a 1963 Mercury Meteor, which was special to him.
Jack died at Oakbend Hospital on June 24, 2021 after years of battling numerous health issues. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Ricky Hough and Charlie Hough, and son, Shane Hough.
He is survived by his wife Pattie; son Corey and wife Amanda; son Brady and son Cole; brother Randy and wife Lisa. Granddaughters Shawna and Kaity Hough and Grandsons Tyson and Tate Hough.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Monday, June 28th after 9am at Wharton Funeral Home, 515 East Boling Hwy. Memorial Service to begin at 10am. Interment private.
