James Bryan Bear

James passed into the arms of the Lord on June 14, 2022, in Wharton, TX. He was born on September 25, 1992 to William Bryan Bear and the late Ramona Lea Minks at Galveston, TX.

James will be fondly remembered by his family, friends, and co-workers, at EZ-Lube, for his love of fishing, playing games, watching movies, playing with his nieces, nephews and little cousins, enjoying talking about baseball, and enjoying the Renaissance Festival every fall.

He is survived by his father William Bryan Bear and stepmother Elizabeth Marie Bear, his siblings Holly Martinez and husband Johnny Martinez of Boling, Kali Bear of Sealy, Crystal Cetrone of Louisiana, and Martin Minks of Louisiana. James is also survived by his grandparents James and Joyce Bear of Boling, nephews Matthew Martinez and Xander Santana, nieces Lana Martinez and Hensley Santana, his uncle and aunt Steven and Stephanie Bear of Boling, his best friend and cousin, Shane Bear of Boling, as well as numerous cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday June 18, 2022 at 5pm with James Riley officiating at Wharton Funeral Home 515 E. Boling Hwy. Wharton, TX 77488.
