Jason Haley, 46, of East Bernard, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at his residence. He was born on February 7, 1978, in Wharton to the late Logan Lee and Lanette Pietzsch Haley.

Logan and Lanette passed away when Jason was little, leaving him to be raised lovingly by his grandparents, Paul and Zera Vernice Pietzsch. Jason was raised in East Bernard and graduated from East Bernard High School. He worked as a telephone cable installer and worked in the HVAC industry for several years. He enjoyed fishing, visiting with family and friends, cooking and taking care of his grandmother for the last 15 years. In addition to his parents and grandparents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Adam Paul Haley.

Jason is survived by his sister, Jamie Haley and husband, Tim Siegert, nephew Trever Siegert, brother, William Upham and wife, Jessica and nieces, Aubrey and Savannah, Uncle, Dennis Pietzsch, and cousin, Ashley and Taylor Ivy and children, Jaxton and Zera.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024, after 9:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Wharton Funeral Home with services at 11 a.m. with Jody Kalinowski officiating. Burial will follow in East Bernard Methodist Cemetery.
