Lillian Doiron

Lillian Doiron, 95, of New Gulf went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 18, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.  She was born on July 28, 1925 to the late Monroe Huggins and Cora Neely Huggins in Pledger, TX.

Lillian attended schools in Boling.  She married Jack Doiron on July 4, 1970 and he preceded her in death on September 28, 2003.  She was a homemaker all of her life.  She took great pride in her home and children.  She enjoyed sewing, cooking and gardening.   She loved her church family and was a devout Christian woman.

She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Bickham and husband, Burlis of New Gulf and Sherry Ridley and husband, Larry of Webster, Tx; son, Dale Edwards and wife, Bev of Ledbetter, Tx; sister, Sammie Demontmollin of Florida; grandchildren, Amber Odle and husband, Tom, Chad Bickham and wife, Laura, Justin Edwards and wife, Anna and Lauren Ridley and Julie Kemp, 12 great grandchildren along with numerous friends and family.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Wharton, TX.
