 Mario Salomé Galindo passed into the arms of the Lord on Friday January 13, 2023, in Temple, TX.  Mario was born on January 19, 1977, in Houston, TX to the late Dominga Peña and Oscar Galindo, Sr. 

Mario is fondly remembered by his family for his love of his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys, Hot Wheels, Fishing, boxing, drawing, and playing video games.  He was described as having a ‘Heart of Gold’ and was always looking out for ways to help others.  

Mario is survived by his siblings Oscar Galindo, Jr. and his wife April of Hockley, Marco Galindo and his wife Bobbie of Belton, Jody Huskey and his wife Jennifer of Temple, and Gabriela, Enrique, Anthony and Dimas.  He is also survived by his nieces and nephew Anastasia, Brittany & Jason, numerous aunts & uncles and many friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday January 20th from 10:30 am to 2:00pm at Wharton Funeral Home, 515 E. Boling Hwy.  Funeral service to begin at 2:00pm   Interment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Park, Wharton.
