Master Sergeant Dan Medrano, Jr.

Retired Master Sergeant Dan Medrano, Jr., age 81, of Wharton, Texas, passed away on June 2, 2024, in Houston, Texas. He was born on September 19, 1942, in Wharton, Texas to Dan Medrano, Sr. and Susie Mora Medrano.

Dan served in the United States Army from 1963 to 1987. He was dedicated to his country and served with honor.

He is survived by his beloved spouse Gertrud Medrano, his son Thomas, his daughters Heidi, Carmen, and Sylvia; his brothers Richard, John and George, two sisters, Fanny and Mary; six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
