Patricia Kay Buzard Wooten
Patricia Wooten, 82, of Houston passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at the Parsons House in Cypress, TX. She was born on February 12, 1943, in Coffeyville, Kansas, a daughter of the late Herbert and Freda Buzard.
Patricia was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and graduated from Will Rogers High School. She later earned her Bachelors’ Degree from the University of Houston- Clear Lake. In August 1982, she married Claude Matthew Wooten. He preceded her in death on July 9, 2023. Patricia worked as a travel Agent for many years and in later years served as the Director of Senior Activities at Clear Lake Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed going on cruises with Claude, square dancing, listening to good music, and going to the movies. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Buzard.
Patricia is survived by her loving daughters, Penelope Lou McFadin of Clear Lake Shores, and Samantha McFadin Kramr and husband, Chris of Cypress, son, Jason Paris of Portland Oregon, her grandchildren, Nicholas Kramr, Cameron Kramr and wife, Amber, Victoria Heinzler and husband, Carl, and Brandon Kramr along with her great grandson, Felix Kramr.
A Memorial service will be held Thursday, April 3 at Clear Lake Presbyterian Church at 11 am. And the Graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Holy Cross Cemetery in East Bernard at 9am.
