Susana Orta

In Loving Memory Of Susana A. Orta June 16th, 1953 ~ October 28th, 2018   Susana Orta passed into the arms of the Lord on October 28th, 2018 at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston Texas. She was born June 16th, 1953 in New Gulf, Texas to Leonard Alvarado and Aurora Lujan Alvarado.   Susana was raised and attended school in Wharton, Texas.  She loved going out, listening to music, and spending time with her grand kids.   She is survived by her daughter Julia Orta of Wharton, sons Carlos Javier Orta of Wharton and Rene Orta of Wharton, sister Mercedes Vela and husband Raymond of Wharton and Sylvia Campos and husband, Alonzo of Temple, and grandchildren Adrian Orta, Jaslynn Orta, Andrew Orta, Carlos Orta, Jr, Blake Sanchez, and Emma Cantu.   Visitation will be held at Wharton Funeral home on Thursday November the 1st, 2018 at 5:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm.  Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mt Carmel on Friday November the 2nd at 10:00am. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Wharton. Pallbearers will be       Funeral services under the direction of Wharton Funeral Home.
